Passenger patients are those who are able to walk to our vehicles with general assistance or no assistance at all. 

Our Passenger Transportation (SUV or van) is designed to help patients and clients who are ambulatory yet unable to drive themselves and may need assistance to do their day-to-day business.

Wheelchair Van Transportation is for those both permanently and temporarily confined to a wheelchair. The wheelchair patient must be capable of sitting up straight in order to ride in a wheelchair for transport.

Our goal is to provide comfortable transportation, despite physical challenges. With our specialized wheelchair vans, disability no longer means a loss of independence! We provide hassle-free pick up and drop-off.  

We charge a base fee depending on what type of transportation service is required: ambulatory or wheelchair.

In addition to the base fee, we charge per mile (first 5 miles included). Mileage rates vary depending on the type of transportation needed and the proximity of the patient to our home location (Rockwall, 75087).

Lastly, if an additional attendant joins in on the trip, a charge will be assessed.

Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH (Bank Transfer), Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.

We currently transport clients within a 25 mile radius of our location in Rockwall, TX 75087. If your pickup address is outside of our operational radius, we ask that you request your trip with a 48-hour notice. 

24 HOUR RESERVATIONS - You can schedule trips online but you must call and confirm . We may accept trips on short notice depending on availability, so if you need to get somewhere today, give us a call right away for confirmation.
